1 star for the excellent condition of the premises. 1 star for customer service (respectful and friendly). 1 star for smooth communication (WhatsApp). 1 star for the condition of the package (arrives in good condition). 0 stars for the slow service; packages can take up to a week to arrive. This courier has almost everything to be the best by far, but the slow delivery of packages from their arrival in Florida is what lowers their score. They need to address this, because customers might be better off waiting two weeks with Amazon directly than with them.

The girl is a wonderful person and very kind. I love her enthusiasm for talking and explaining everything to customers, answering all our questions. Success! 🙌

My favorite courier service (and I've tried several). The service at the counter is fast, the young woman always smiles when she greets you, and they have good prices per pound.

What started as a unique proposal ended up being nothing more than advertising. The worst courier service I've ever seen in the Dominican Republic. Lack of customer service and communication.
