The sauce was excellent. We ordered the cheese and sausage one and the cheese and pork chop one, and both were delicious. It's a simple place, so don't expect anything fancy, but everything is great considering the type of establishment. I hope they continue to grow because they're doing a great job.
I tried the shrimp dumplings, and the chicken ones were a bit too salty. I also felt the dumplings were made with commercial dough, like the kind Bravo uses, and I would have preferred them to be more homemade.
The food is very good, but the organization is terrible. You place your order, and an hour later they still haven't started preparing it. You order via WhatsApp to give them time, and when you go to the restaurant almost two hours later, they don't even remember your order existed. It's good food, a good business idea, but it needs better organization and logistics to stay afloat.
"The best dumplings in the area! The Paco Full and the pork chop smothered in cheese are next level. The flavor is authentic and the portions are very satisfying. The 17th Street location is very easy to find because it's across from the Next gas station. 100% recommended!"
The menu options I've tried so far are 10 out of 10. Congratulations to whoever came up with this business idea. It's brilliant.
