The employees don't adhere to the posted closing time. I've gone twice, 45 or 30 minutes before closing, and they don't serve me... without considering the sacrifice someone makes to indulge themselves and rely on the posted hours. In my opinion, this is a huge lack of respect for a clientele that chooses their establishment over other options. Please try to fix this, and if you're not paying your employees to work the full hours, then get your act together.
