I don't know exactly who the owner is, but I can assure you that the staff at the entrance are costing them a lot of money due to their lack of professionalism. I went with my family of five on Tuesday, July 29, 2025. At first, the person I believe to be the owner treated us wonderfully and provided excellent customer service. We were ready to go in when the staff at the entrance treated us and another family of eight who were arriving like dogs. They changed the entrance price, changed the agreement we had made with the other employee who had gone to get us some rum we ordered, and even tried to charge us $50 per person for taking off our wristbands after we decided not to go in. On a Tuesday with the pool empty, they should at least treat the few people who were there decently. If management wants to know who it is, they can check their security cameras. Look at the date, around 2:25 pm, and see a man wearing a red polo shirt and jeans. Approximately $10,000 lost through a hostile and deceptive environment created by the entrance employee.

It is the best that exists in that area, it is an attractive and cozy place where you can take a good rest in this pool area.
