Terrible service. It's outrageous to tell a patient they'll be seen on a first-come, first-served basis, and then, after waiting an hour, tell them they have to wait while four biopsy patients (approximately two hours) are seen—patients who arrived after them. They should have more respect for other people's time.

She seems to be a good doctor, but there is little empathy and respect for the patient.
