One of the worst services I've ever received. I let down a very important person because I ordered an arrangement from this company (paying two days in advance and confirming the date several times) and nothing! The arrangements looked beautiful, but in the end, they didn't deliver anything.

The worst place I could have trusted to deliver a gift on February 14th. I scheduled it for Monday by Friday and they didn't deliver. On top of that, I agreed to have it delivered on February 15th and they didn't answer messages or calls. How unprofessional and uncommitted to their customers. I wouldn't recommend them even for a balloon.

Terrible service. I paid for an arrangement, and when I went to pick it up, they literally asked me, "What arrangement?" They don't give receipts, all their merchandise is dirty and old, and to top it all off, their customer service is awful.
