Professional service & clean store! I came to get 2 iPhone screens fixed & 1 older iPad screen fixed (it was completely smashed). The phones were finished in 30 minutes & the iPad glass needed to be ordered so it had to be picked up the next day. It was an unexpected surprise that the employee spoke English, making it much easier to do business. Prices were clearly marked & they offered screen protectors & cases as well. Would definitely recommend this service!

Very slow to respond; your team might take several days to reply. I also think it's bad that you don't communicate with your customers. I'm trying to get in touch to get your phone number, and it's practically impossible. I'm still waiting.

These people will give you options, they won't rush you into what they want, they will let you make the decision yourself, you won't feel pressured, and the work is done in person, which surpasses trust in the company.
