Great friendly service!

Dominican Republic, Santo Domingo, April 5, 2016. I rented a white Mitsubishi Montero, license plate 917***3. The car stalled several blocks after leaving the rental property, apparently because it was low on gas. Annoyed, I called the rental agency. They filled the tank, and the problem was solved. On the way out of the city, the car's internal alarm went off, which really worried us, and then the car wouldn't start. I was on the phone with one of the managers or owners, and he said that the car had been thoroughly checked before we left. It was quite an ordeal, but we were so relieved to finally get to Barahona, since we thought the car was going to break down in the middle of nowhere with us and several thieves already watching us. We made it, thank God! In Barahona, the car was parked. The next day, we wanted to go out at night, and when we tried to start the car... Small cockroaches were coming out everywhere; we had to use poison to kill them! When I told the person in charge, they said those cockroaches weren't from Santo Domingo, that tourists brought them in their suitcases! Please! Luckily, the car behaved well in Barahona, but on the way back, just after leaving Barahona, the air conditioning started malfunctioning. What bad luck! It kept cutting out. When we got to the capital, it was completely dead and the air conditioning was like a sauna. We were tourists, obviously, so we couldn't leave the windows wide open to avoid being robbed. In short, it took me a year to write this because I found their receipt. Be careful if they're still renting this car! Ahhh! All this while my dad was having health problems! What a time. This taught me not to trust this business. What a shame.

This is a place where you can get the vehicle you want. Whenever I go to the Dominican Republic, I rent my vehicle there because they have the best prices. I'd love to visit and see for yourself.
