I had an excellent experience renting a golf cart from Ecoplaneta during my vacation in Casa de Campo. The entire process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. The cart was in great condition, clean, and ran perfectly throughout our stay. Delivery and pickup were easy and right on time, which made everything so convenient. The team was friendly, professional, and very responsive whenever we had questions.

Great customer service, especially by Susana Ortiz. We rented 3 golf carts for 8 days they were excellent. They were newer Luxury models. We did have 1 maintenance issue & Susana had someone out to fix it in less than 30 minutes. Very impressive. We have rented from Eco Planeta before at Casa de Campo & will again.

Wonderful experience and great company to work with. Delivered golf cart on time and had a slight issue with is and replaced it immediately. We were very happy with the service and responsiveness. Highly recommend during your trip to Case de Campo.

The service was great from booking to returning the golf cart. The golf cart was top notch. Susana was super response and great to work with. We had a change of plans and she was able to accommodate us without issues.
