I have traveled the world, and I have never had such an amazing experience. This salon feels like an extremely expensive, luxurious country club, the rooms are decorated in a way that makes you feel like you are in another world, which also helps you to relax your mind, and the staff is extremely professional, very kind, and did an amazing job. The prices are extremely reasonable, especially in comparison to the service that you receive while here. I am considering making this a weekly trip, That’s how amazing my experience was. I was a little worried when I saw they didn’t have that many reviews, but decided to take a chance, and I cannot be happier that I did.

My first visit was pleasant; however, my second visit was a complete disaster. I understand that the door is kept locked for security reasons, but that does not excuse leaving a customer waiting outside for 8–9 minutes. To make matters worse, I was insulted and told, “You’re lying, you didn’t ring the bell.” I was appalled by such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. I took time out of my day and even paid my driver to come enjoy myself here again, only to be called a liar. I had to block both the owner/manger not sure and the front desk person who insulted me. They bombarded my phone with messages/ calls justifying, apologizing and trying to pressure me to return. Extremely rude and disappointing experience.

I visited here from the US, and I can 10000% say that this experience was far greater than any in the US and I have been to numerous massage places. Pamela was amazing and helpful and treated me like royalty!!! Prices are amazing. They offer you fruit and drink before you get started and a wonderful little foot scrub at the beginning. Ambience was top notch. She took her time and listened and even asked after the massage if I would suggest any changes. Please go here… don’t waste your time anywhere else in Santiago!!!! English and Spanish spoken. I loved everything about this place!!!!!

Wonderful atmosphere and a great massage. They speak English and Spanish. Nice touches like fruit, coffee and sparkling water. I highly recommend Eden.
