Booked an appointment for Ombre while in Santo Domingo. Paid for Ombre which was scheduled before arriving for the appointment. I received microblading which is half the cost I paid of 6000 pesos. 10 days later and it's faded and uneven. Will not be going for a 30 day touchup. Do Not Recommend especially for tourists.

The facilities are very good, as is the signage for the floor you're going to, but the lady who greets you and grants access needs more and better customer service.

I went to get my eyebrows done and take advantage of the $3,500 offer, and I decided to get my eyelashes done too. They wouldn't let me get them done because I didn't have an appointment for eyelashes, but there wasn't even anyone in line. But that's fine, I made an appointment for the next day. When I went to get my eyelashes done, I asked them to fix a small gap they had left in my eyebrows, and they charged me $1,000. I paid because I wanted my eyebrows to be perfect, but it's not fair to pay so much for something they should have done right from the start. And to top it all off, a couple of eyelashes fell out two days later. I don't recommend this place.
