This was my personal experience and honestly, it was terrible. Super rude from the start. My appointment was at 3:30 and I wasn't taken into the treatment room until 3:45. There was almost no lighting; my phone's flashlight is brighter than the light they were using. They ran out of water four times during my cleaning. A cleaning that should have taken 30-45 minutes ended up taking an hour and a half. I asked several times to remove the saliva suction machine because it was hurting me, but they left it in my mouth almost the entire time. I ended up with visible lacerations. I sent them pictures of the lacerations in my mouth to report what happened, and they didn't even bother to reply. Zero customer service. In my opinion, save yourself the stress and don't go to this place.

My only regret is not having found this place sooner 😭. I had braces at another clinic for five years with no progress, and after I'd given up, I decided to give them another chance because of the great recommendations. It was the best thing that ever happened to me! I only needed one year, and now all my teeth are straight and perfect. I recommend them 100%; believe me, you won't regret it.

So grateful and delighted! I was amazed by the connection with my daughter, the excellent service and kindness, and above all, the peace of mind that comes from knowing you're with staff who know what they're doing. Always my favorites.
