I've been visiting this store for over three years because it's very well located, has good shoes, and reasonable prices. However, the customer service hasn't been the best. There were comments and behaviors among the employees that made the experience uncomfortable. One would hide to use her phone while customers waited, and then she spoke very rudely to my husband when he asked her to find him a larger shoe size. It would be good if they improved their customer service, as the product deserves it.

Terrible experience. Customer service at the Ego store in Multiplaza La Romana is disappointing. The service was cold and unprofessional, and to make matters worse, one of the two employees was secretly criticizing a customer, which is completely unacceptable in any reputable establishment.
