The employees have good intentions, however, I didn't have a good experience today because I tried to exchange some shoes I received as a gift, and they told me the exchange period had expired. Even though the exchange slip doesn't indicate a deadline, they explained it's 15 days. It's unreasonable that when you receive a gift, you have to guess the exchange period, and even worse when it's not the standard 30 days. I had a very bad time today; I even called before going, but they didn't check the receipt information, so my visit was unsuccessful.
