This place is awful. I took my kitten there yesterday, and today they called and said, "Oh, he died, he didn't survive the surgery." Then they sent this picture after I begged them to send it. They didn't clean him, they didn't even give him any medication, and they still charged me. But when I took him there, they weren't going to take him. When I told them I had the money and even offered them more, they took him. They're so unprofessional.

I haven't visited him in person, but the service over the phone is excellent.
