Terrible customer service! How is it possible that I go at 2 pm and say I want to have some clothes altered, washed, and ironed, and they tell me that the alterations manager is on her lunch break and that I have to sit for an hour waiting for her or come back later... obviously I won't be back.

Excellent service and prices. I bought a jacket and a shirt and they fit perfectly. The shirt was RD$207.00 and the jacket RD$333.00 because it was express delivery; otherwise it would be RD$233.00.
