Unfortunately, the television they sold me was refurbished after I insisted I wanted something new. Upon inspection, it was clear the box was damaged; the plastic wrapping and seals were missing. A closer look revealed about three dead pixels, all clustered together quite noticeably. Fortunately, they refunded my money quickly. Thank goodness.
