Very low in options to choose from

I bought a washing machine that arrived with the hose crushed at the bottom. When I took it to the store, thinking they'd fix it, I kept waiting. I bought it at K; I was actually going to buy a refrigerator. And for something so simple, K lost a 26,000 sale over a simple hose. Technomaster.

I bought a display refrigerator that has never worked properly; it fogs up. I'm tired of going there to claim the warranty; they don't honor it and they don't have the consumer protection agency's complaint book. I wouldn't recommend anyone buy anything from this place.
