My experience with ELECTROM has been quite… peculiar. We've been waiting for months for them to fix a problem with a generator, and it's always the same: "we'll see you tomorrow," "we'll come tomorrow," "it'll be ready tomorrow." If we'd put a peso in a piggy bank for every time they told us "tomorrow," we'd already have enough to buy a new generator. Honestly, they're more confusing than a mechanic on 17th Street. I understand that delays can happen, but the least they could do is be clear about the timeline. I hope they improve that, because it feels like "tomorrow" never comes.
