This is a place where you can find tv spare parts of different brands, new or used. And they have a reparation area where they do an excellent job. I got there restart and setup a new main card for my LG tv (and adaptation from a bigger tv) and they did good because of the service remote they have. I left very happy!

I took a 55-inch Samsung TV to Electrónica Benedicto, and César Benedicto himself assured me that the screen was damaged and beyond repair, that there was simply nothing that could be done. I trusted his diagnosis, gave the TV away assuming it was a total loss, and bought a new one. The surprise came later: the person I gave the TV to took it to another technician… and IT WAS REPAIRED WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM. Working perfectly. This diagnostic error caused me to lose a TV that could have been fixed and incur an unnecessary expense. A repair service that provides such inaccurate diagnoses breeds distrust and demonstrates an unacceptable lack of rigor. I'm sharing this so other customers don't go through the same thing. ----------------------------------------- After I published my review, the business responded by saying that this model "isn't 100% reliable" or that "it's not durable." However, that's not what they told me when I took the TV in. The diagnosis I personally received was that the TV was beyond repair because the screen was damaged. They didn't mention any alternatives or attempts without a warranty. It was a definitive diagnosis, so I gave the TV away and bought another one. The person who received the TV took it to another technician who repaired it without any problems, proving that Electrónica Benedicto's diagnosis was incorrect. Furthermore, I wrote to them via WhatsApp expressing my dissatisfaction and never received a response. I'm sharing this so other customers have all the information before making a decision.

Although my TV couldn't be repaired, they performed an evaluation within 24 hours and clearly explained the problem. I would return.
