My first time doing aerial yoga, but certainly not the last! Nulise is very patient and knowledgeable. She’s also able to target the practice for specific muscle groups. I came in with lower back pain and it felt much better after one yoga session. Plus the space is sublime! Lastly, every human should experience the savasana in a hammock with a sound bath. It’s transformative!
