Be very careful with these people. Their work in Miami is excellent, but things get complicated when they arrive in the Dominican Republic. First, they arrive way past the scheduled delivery time, and second, they wreck everything in the truck, as they say in Santiago. The equipment arrived broken, and they still demand the final payment without committing to repairing the damage. They concoct a scheme with the "insurance" to discourage you and leave you with the shipment. In my experience, I would never ship with them again. It was the first and last time. Besides, they make fun of you by making you believe you're dealing with one agent in Miami and then another here, all while laughing at the customer. Find the competition. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Everything arrived exactly as we ordered, and I immediately recommended them to some friends.

This company is very aggressive, sometimes quite unfriendly, and their prices are the highest on the market. They'll deliver merchandise at one price one day and then change the price on the next shipment. They have little flexibility with customers, little empathy, and a bad vibe. They act like they're invincible. There are many other shipping companies on the market with excellent service, great customer care, friendly staff, and much more affordable prices. I won't mention names because this review isn't meant to promote anyone; it's just a warning. If you're starting a business, I don't recommend this company because you'll end up working to pay their shipping fees. The high shipping costs prevent you from offering competitive prices, and you'll end up losing money.
