Terrible. Yesterday I went and waited two hours, and when they gave me back my car it was just as dirty. They didn't wash it. It was awful. They're such rip-off artists. How can you charge me money and then tell me I have too many vehicles and that's why they didn't wash my car, and that they'll wash it when I come back? Horrible, absolutely horrible.

Bad, bad. I gave it one star because the customer service girl was very nice, but I went to wash my car and they didn't wash it. They returned it to me just as dirty, and I paid.

They've provided good service so far.
