I bought an inverter, and I know I made a good purchase given the company's reputation and all, but I've had to return it twice because a component has been failing, and each time they replace it, it might still malfunction. So I'll probably end up going back. Another issue is that the warranty doesn't reset when they repair the new inverter I bought. So, all the time I'm unable to use it due to their mistake is at my expense. It's really bad; it feels like you're buying a problem. If I buy an inverter for $10,000 last week and bring it back this week because it's not working, and you assume and understand that it was faulty, then reset the warranty for another week.
