i have a package with $200 worth of plumbing fixtures stuck in customs for ONE YEAR. these folks have been ZERO help at trying to get my package. ZERO. The girl in Sosua pretends not to speak english but does and doesnt want to be bothered at all. They have continually said it is my fault for not submitting customs info but i have emailed encargopaq with the requested customs info THREE times. Careful what you send as they are NO HELP AT ALL.

The only issue is that it usually takes a long time in the MIA stored my item was deliver on the on Thursday and it’s Monday eventhough i have provided the commercial invoice on time the package still in the warehouse and it’s just not good enough. But i like the fact that as soon as the shipment arrived to DR the call u and make the arrangements for delivery
