Excellent service for the purchase, but they don't manage installation time effectively. I bought a water heater on August 25, 2025. I'm still waiting for them to come.

Terrible service; you can't speak to a supervisor. The only way I got any updates was by filing a complaint through a lawyer. If they do respond, they say they'll call you back, that they'll take care of it, but they couldn't care less about your request.
