It's a good courier service: they report package arrivals quite quickly compared to others and offer good prices. Friendly and fast service.

I've been working with another courier for years, exporting over 60 pounds a month. Their prices are too high, and the packages arrive badly damaged. Plus, lately they've been adding extra weight to the packages. That's why this courier was recommended to me; I've heard wonderful things about them. I placed a few orders to test them out, but my first impression is already bad. Their app doesn't work; it won't let me in. Everything works fine online, but the app has problems, and judging by the comments on Google Play, it's been over seven months and they haven't fixed it. That speaks volumes. I'll wait for the packages to arrive and see how it goes. If I like it, I'll change my rating, but they really need to fix the app so customers can access it.

I've placed about three orders with you, and with today's order, that makes four, plus a few others that haven't arrived yet. I want to tell you that I love your work. Your platform is very easy to use, and the notifications arrive very promptly, both in the app and via email, which is excellent because some people tend to rely more on one than the other. Your prices per pound are competitive, and when the order is received in Miami, the longest it's ever taken is 48 hours for it to arrive and for me to be notified to pick it up. I can pay by bank transfer before we go to pick it up and just come by; you always have it ready. That's all, thank you very much.

I just received my first order in excellent condition from this courier, and it's true, the pound is at 190, very affordable for customers. I hope they don't change. It took less than 5 minutes to deliver. The order tracking was also excellent, as was the delivery and customer service. So far, everything is excellent. I hope they DON'T CHANGE.
