The delays with the packages are unbelievable. I've been waiting for over two weeks for things that were ordered for these important dates, and of course, there's a delay with the airline. I'm going to have to let them down. Don't you have a contingency plan for these situations? It's incredibly frustrating. I hope my packages haven't gotten lost. I considered other couriers and chose you.

Terrible service. They're incredibly late and they lose your packages. I will never use this courier again. This is the second time I've ordered my things to be delivered by them, and they let me down again. Very bad service. And they don't even answer your calls.
