So, I’ve been using Mailbox Office EPS for a while now, and it used to be smooth sailing. Everything was straightforward, user-friendly, and just worked like a charm. But then they rolled out this update, and honestly, it’s been a bit of a downhill ride since then. Before the update, managing my mails and packages was a breeze. The platform was intuitive, quick, and pretty much hassle-free. But post-update, it’s like they took a simple process and made it needlessly complicated. The new interface is not as intuitive, and I find myself clicking around way more than I should be just to do simple tasks. Another issue is the glitches. I’ve experienced a few hiccups here and there since the update. Sometimes the system is slow, or it logs me out randomly. It’s frustrating, especially when you’re in the middle of sorting something important. I really hope they sort out these issues soon. The service itself, in terms of handling mails and packages, is still reliable, but the user experience has definitely taken a hit with this update. It’s a shame because it used to be such a reliable and user-friendly service. Fingers crossed they listen to user feedback and roll out some improvements!

Lasted over an hour to receive my packages. Lines of people came and left with their boxes, and I was still waiting to receive my orders. After 10 years of being a loyal customer, this has really being an awful experience. I have definitely lost confidence in their service. They didn’t even approach me to let me know that they couldn’t find the packages if not after 55 minutes of wait.

I have been a Naco, Santo Domingo customer for many years, and I hope this company succeeds. After the problems and growing pains of mostly all enterprises, I can honestly say this is a great place. They will address any problems you may experience promptly and diligently (the customer service is SUPERB!) CONGRATULATIONS!!!
