Absolutely unacceptable service. This is the level of "attention" you receive when you report lost packages: zero accountability, zero concern, and zero effort to help. These packages were for my daughter's Christmas and they were lost. Instead of taking responsibility or offering real help, they ignored me and acted as if it wasn't their problem. There was no investigation, no solution, and no compassion. Due to their negligence, my daughter never received her Christmas presents. This company clearly doesn't care about its customers or the impact its failures have on families. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Customer service is terrible. They don't know how to do their jobs and then treat customers rudely and callously.
