Good service. I've been using their service for many years without any meaningful incidents, but I have seen a serious decline in service. Packages aren't posted to their platform as they arrive, even when you pre-report them. It sometimes takes them 3 days to post a package as delivered to Miami, and then a day or two to be available at one of their local businesses. In one of their extremes, it took them 10 days to post one of my packages and had to text them so they could move the package through their system. Definitely not the same business. I am currently looking at other providers.

They have good costumer services but the reason of this two stars is that they doesn’t explain clearly how much you need to pay because if you call, they going to say a price but when you there they charge you more. To many extra fees and the package is going to take almost two week to arrive and then they going to say we don’t have a airplane company so is not our fault. That is they excuse when the package is delay. Was a really bad experience with them. I don’t like this place.

I've called ahead prior to visiting and I'm always told I have mail or a package. Once I arrive in told I have nothing. Needs more organization and better management.

The best courier in Santiago, excellent customer service, it's not the cheaper, but definitely worth the extra above others.
