I had an excellent experience at Escudea taking my 1-year-11-month-old son. From the moment you walk in, you feel a warm welcome and receive top-notch care. The process is very modern and practical: I was able to easily schedule the appointment through a link on Instagram, where I selected the date, entered my insurance information, and everything was taken care of. Upon arrival, the service was immediate, with no unnecessary waiting. The space is beautiful, clean, and very welcoming. My son was delighted from the first moment; the first thing he said was "wow" when he saw the play area, a kind of little house/tower where he could entertain himself. The staff prioritizes keeping children calm: they let them play, and if necessary, the nurses interact with them to make them feel relaxed and safe. In the vaccination area, they explain everything with great transparency and patience: they show you the medication, the batch numbers, the expiration dates, and detail the administration method. Everything is perfectly organized and inspires a lot of confidence. They also apply a topical anesthetic spray before the vaccine, which made the process even more comfortable for my son. So far, he hasn't had any adverse reactions. They explained that fever isn't completely ruled out, but it's expected that it won't occur, which put my mind at ease. I visited the Patio Colombia branch, which is very close to me, and it will definitely be my go-to place for future vaccination appointments. I was delighted with the service, the attention, and the very humane and professional approach they have with children and parents.

Very bad experience at Escudea Patio Colombia. The processes are very slow. They should urgently review this situation. The nurse who administered the injection didn't place the cotton ball back in afterward, and some of the blood came out. Please review the training procedures.
