Took way too long to help us. Not very negotiable on prices. So we ended up buying a car down the street. Americans are used to prompt service and follow through when we arrive at your dealership. We are accustomed to negotiating and getting better prices or we will take our money elsewhere.

Superb customer service! This is my second car I've bought from them

José Luis was the sales person and was pleasant before the purchase but became rude and unhelpful after we purchased and the car had issues. 6months and no title yet and he acts like we are bothering him and he did us a favor by selling a car. He actually just told us that is why we don’t sell used cars anymore. 27k cash we paid but again we are bothering him because we want the title. They have great cars but he will kill your experience of buying.

I was there for about 20 minutes walking around and no one said anything to me. Every salesman and everyone else with the shirt with the dealer name walked pass me,, and one sales man was working with another client 2 steps away from me and never even said good afternoon noon.. do you need help.. When I went to the office I was sweating since it was super hot, I didn't see a water dispenser nor did they offer me water, after standing in the office for about 8 minutes there I think one office manager took me outside to show me the cars I was interested in. And then they got a salesman to take over, again in the heat they didn't even offered water while we were walking around in the parking lot. I wanted to buy 2 cars one for me and one for my wife,, The Crv I was interested in was already sold and the Hyundai i also wanted I didnt like the way the transmission shifted, so I decided to just leave, the guy did offered to bring me another CRV from Moca the main dealer but I didn't want to do that, this was the first dealer I had walked into anyway, its a very different experience buying a car in DR then in 🇺🇸 USA

Customer service is non existent here. I would go back if I ever wanted to pay double the cost of a regular vehicle. Cool points -5
