Pump attendants have a mayor attitude problem. You seldom know which pump to approach. They don't signal you. They give you the impression you are bothering them. One was threatening an old man customer the other day because he said he was going to report him. Station is clean and comfortable though. Service the main problem there.
The food mart is well stocked with all sorts of beverages (including Nescafé machine) and packaged food. Bathrooms are spacious and clean.
Brand new, clean gas station.
Cool
I want to issue a warning regarding the service representative at the station located in El Medio, on the morning shift. He's a master at swindling customers. Today, around 1:30 PM, I requested RD$2,000 worth of fuel. When the meter reached RD$1,563, the employee stopped the pump and pressed the "P1" option, causing the display to show RD$2,000. This is a known trick, as that function only memorizes amounts and doesn't show the actual gallons dispensed. When I asked for the difference, he claimed there had been a power outage, which wasn't true. I believe it's important for customers to be aware of these types of situations.
