The Central Bank area or park is absolutely fantastic. Beautiful buildings, wonderful gardens, and roses adorn the place. A pond, fountain, and small waterfalls are located in the center. Breathtaking scenery.

Across from the parking lot are the offices of the General Directorate of Procurement, where they offer courses and training, as well as answer any questions about the bidding process for minor purchases, or provide assistance regarding the new transactional portal on the Dominican Republic's procurement website.
