I'm staying here now. I love the place. 3bedroom, 3 baths..very comfortable and a fine distribution of space. The location is great.. It's central location puts at a comfortable distance from many places of interest. There is still NO 24hr water service, but there is a schedule, and its WORKABLE. ILSA is the BEST HOST. She is a REAL AND WONDERFUL PERSON. She answers all your questions and works out any concerns. I WILL ALWAYS STAY HERE.

The view of the river and the old, ancient city of Santo Domingo...priceless. A place well-conceived, welll-designed, and marvelously located and constructed by one the finest construction and development companies in the Dominican Republic.

Patricia is the most thoughtful and congenial host. She gave us all the information we needed about the place and surrounding areas. The apartment was just perfect just like in the pictures, it had everything we needed. The Kitchen includes everything one needs to make a whole meal. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and modern the hot water and the air conditioner were perfect. The balcony offered an spectacular view of Zona Colonial and the pool area. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent location, all amenities (la marina, private gym, sauna, 3 infinity pool with bbq area, jogging area, kids playground ) etc THE BEST VIEW OF 526 years of history LA ZONA COLONIAL !! I was staying at an airbnb in this apartments complex overlooking the Colonial City across the Ozama river (right in front of the floating bridge conecting the western and eastern shores). It's a gated project with remote controled driveway entrance, parking structure, roof top pools with social areas and gym. I felt saved staying there and I was close to family and friends.
