The service provided is excellent, the staff are very attentive, and you feel right at home.

The owner is very arrogant and unprofessional. When you ask for information at the entrance, they don't know anything and everything is very confusing.

My experience at this place was very disappointing. I went there looking for information to make an appointment, and from the very first moment, the service was extremely unprofessional. The woman who attended to me showed no interest in helping me; in fact, she seemed annoyed simply because I was asking her a question. Instead of explaining how to schedule an appointment, she dismissively pointed to a WhatsApp number written on the outside wall, without giving me any further details. I tried to explain that I wanted to buy medication, and she told me that I could only do so if I received a service first. When I asked her to explain how I could schedule that service, she again refused to help me. She made me feel uncomfortable, and I practically had to beg her for the information. In the end, she just repeated that I should look at the number on the wall and that there were no appointments available for another week. This type of customer service is unacceptable, especially in a health or wellness business. I do not recommend this place if you are looking for professional, respectful, and helpful service.
