I called to find out the cost of a car wash on a specific line. The young woman, without even letting me finish speaking, answered in a relaxed and unhelpful manner, saying, "We don't have a car wash, and we don't sell products either. You're calling the wrong place." Advice! 1- Let your enthusiasm and love for your work be contagious. 2- Understand the customer's needs. 3- Suggest another line. 4- Ensure the customer hangs up satisfied with the service and with the information they called for. If the phone service is like that, then unfortunately, I wouldn't go there even if I paid. Customer service, friendliness, and empathy are the main pillars of any business, company, or organization.
