Whys is this location charging CDW/LDW insurance and not taking my credit card CDW/LDW insurance? According to Europcar terms and conditions they should accept credit card CDW/LDW insurance. They are violating Europcar terms and conditions which state the following: Restriction of use: (Minimum collision coverage (CDW) is mandatory, either local or given by the credit card The (CDW/LDW) of the credit card must be supported by a written document from the issuing bank The additional coverage of damages to third parties (ALI) is mandatory and will be in the final rental price as default.
