⚠️ Irresponsible service, late deliveries, and poor quality. A three-month wait for a poorly made dining set, which they tell you takes three weeks. They bombard you with excuses, and to get any response about your order, you have to keep writing because otherwise they forget about you. They don't take measurements, the furniture is unfinished, and the chairs are defective on the very day of delivery. If you value your money, your time, and your peace of mind, DO NOT buy from this furniture store. All they care about is money. To get a repair they know they can do wrong, you have to pay extra.

The delivery took much longer than promised (three times the promised time), and the customer service was terrible 👎🏻 because the owner was never present. In the end, I received a dining set with a manufacturing defect that they refused to address, and I ended up paying for the repairs myself. I would never buy from them again.
