They have no professional ethics. I asked for a light brown hair color and they gave it to me in a dark brown, just because they showed me a test strand which they colored for 10 minutes and therefore validated it since it resembled what I wanted; but then they colored all my hair for 1 hour and it turned a dark brown color that resembles black. The problem wasn't the mistake itself, but rather her raising her voice at me in a very rude manner, even though she knew I had specified what I wanted and was trying to justify herself by saying that I was the one at fault. Besides that, she spent several hours telling all the clients and acquaintances what had happened. Despite finally ordering my hair washed after almost 45 minutes of disagreement, she said the following: "Give it up to 5 washes until it turns blonde." I was doing her a favor because I don't take clients like that. She doesn't know me; she comes here with her frustrations from elsewhere and takes them out on me. If she has her own stylist, why did she come here? With so many other options, look where she ends up. I left it like that so her hair would last longer, but now she won't be leaving the salon because she has a blonde base and that's going to keep fading with each wash, resulting in an undesirable tone. I felt incredibly ashamed. Never in my life have I paid so much money to receive treatment like this. It's disrespectful and unethical. As I said, and I stand by it, I never undervalue anyone's work or disrespect anyone. To receive such degrading treatment... as I said, they should be more humble. Anyone can make a mistake, but the problem arises when you use that mistake to shame and humiliate a customer. And yes, out of so many places to choose from, I ended up at the worst. I hope they change this and that there won't be any more cases like this.
I felt right at home. The people are very nice and they treated me very well. 10/10 service, I highly recommend it.
