I was at the #colchonesrex store in San Isidro and bought a mattress set. What impressed me most was the quality of customer service from the store's only saleswoman. Her customer service skills were masterful; she was perfectly uniformed and had extensive product knowledge. I couldn't leave without congratulating her on her service, and I'm doing so again now. The WORST MISTAKE I COULD HAVE MADE. I bought a mattress that had to be serviced after 6 months, and today I had to write again. The manager told me to stop by to talk, and his response was that the type of mattress they claim to be the most affordable is like that. I asked him why? So, when it came time to buy, they didn't say that. Because when it came time to buy, I asked for suggestions, because otherwise, I would have bought a cheaper one at the store. And when I came back to check, it would have been better. But they're the ones who say that a mattress at that price is like that. I hope this information helps someone who, if they decide to buy a mattress for less than what they understand the monetary value to be, will suffer.
