One of the worst businesses in all of Santo Domingo has been a nightmare. Broken furniture, zero quality, old, and in poor condition. They replaced one table more than five times because it was defective each time, and the rest were the same… It took 10 months to deliver the rest of the bedroom set. You try to talk to the manager, and all she does is block you. Of course, once the furniture is paid for, she's no longer interested! Zero ethics and professionalism. (Manager: Zunilda Diaz). They're lovely when you're buying from them, but afterward, they don't even answer your calls. Paying for all the furniture before receiving it was a mistake! I feel cheated and scammed. I've been fighting since February to get the new furniture delivered in perfect condition, and I'm still waiting… Don't fall for these crooks—the name says it all: Easy Business.

This is a very good appliance store. They have unique financing options and excellent credit options. They are responsible in their service and offer a very good warranty. I always choose them for appliance purchases because they are a company that cares about our country. I like seeing how they contribute to the country by helping the most needy sectors.

The items don't have corresponding prices; they sell them for more than in other places, and after the paperwork is done, they tell you one thing and then another so you have to pay more.
