How can they not have 5 stars with only 28 reviews? I can only imagine the number of dissatisfied customers who don't speak out here. Let's take this one step at a time. This complaint is directed first and foremost at the administrative management, who are aware of the classism and ill will with which the sales executive (if you can even call him that) Carlos Arias treats customers (and I know for a fact that I'm not the only one). My horrible experience specifically occurred on April 18th when I decided to go to the dealership in person (because the gentleman refused to provide me with basic information online). It's worth noting that you shouldn't have to make a lot of trips to find out about availability. So, the day I went there, the gentleman looked at me in a very unpleasant manner, and when I explained what I wanted, he said, "NO, HERE WE ONLY WORK WITH NEW VEHICLES." A nasty experience I could have avoided before going to the branch. Since I went to Felix Auto based on a recommendation, I know they have a limited number of vehicles and offer financing, and when I asked about it, "THEN HE DECIDED TO HELP ME." But as if his classism wasn't enough, he tried to force me (excessive persuasion) to buy the vehicle he wanted, even though I had been very clear from the beginning about what I was looking for. He said he would contact me half an hour after my visit to confirm availability, and days went by with the man shamelessly ignoring me and making up excuses like meetings and other things. I can't believe such a large dealership still doesn't understand that a customer isn't judged by appearances. All I asked for was respect, the same respect I gave him. And to top it all off, I couldn't buy the vehicle, ruining a deal, because this man was *SELLING ME DREAMS*, which, frankly, is unacceptable. What hurts me the most is that Mr. Robert Corcino is following the same path because he treated my sister, Michelle Sanchez, even worse, and on top of that, THERE'S NO SANCTION FOR HIM. I'm telling you now, this isn't going to end here. Every person who has been mistreated will share their experience here, and we'll go to the consumer protection agency and take this to the very end.
