There is no good communication with the customer. I went to have laminate flooring installed and it wasn't properly explained to me how it would look. Later, I realized it was too dark for me and made it difficult to see at night. I tried to get assistance to see what could be done. I was willing to pay again if necessary since I didn't demand anything despite the lack of guidance. The response was many senseless excuses and insults, even calling me ignorant and telling me to get it sorted elsewhere.

I just installed the tentado on my vehicle, what a great service!
