Lots of inventory and great service

This pharmacy's home delivery service has been terrible lately. It's best not to use it. There's often a wait of over an hour, or they simply don't deliver the medication even after you follow up, write, and call them. They need to look into this. I believe that everyone who orders medication needs it.

Customer service via chat is acceptable, but the home delivery service is appalling; we waited over two hours for a product. This aspect has truly never improved; on the contrary, it has worsened in terms of customer service. I will never order from here again.

To the owners of this pharmacy, please pay close attention to the staff they have. A purchase of approximately 12,000 pesos was not delivered. The reason, as a customer, is that I don't know which laboratory the aspirin was prescribed for me belongs to. Do you know? I asked them to send me the rest, but I didn't receive a response. You can see the WhatsApp from yesterday at 2:32 p.m. until today at 9:15 a.m. behind the medications. We have been customers of this pharmacy for over 20 years. Good luck.
