This pharmacy stays open late at night.

This is a very important issue that should be addressed. Their hours are until 10:00 PM, but I arrived at 9:50 PM and the security guard at the door told me they were closed because they had to balance their shifts. This is disrespectful to customers, and if that's the stated closing time, they should update it on their platforms to reflect that it's until 9:50 PM.

The phone service was awful. Living 700 meters away, I had to go pick up my order myself because after waiting an hour, I had to call again and was told the order hadn't left yet. If delivery wasn't available at that moment, they should have notified me. It's unacceptable that they play with people's time. This happened at the Plaza Embrujo I branch.
