Very bad service, serving customers listlessly and with a bad attitude. Beware of the supposed 20% discount because it's not applied to everything. The Leidsa sales are always interrupted between 8 and 10 pm because the staff who operate the machine go to dinner, forcing people to go back and try something else. Very poor service.

Everyone was very friendly, from the security guard to the young man who helped me. They didn't have what I was looking for, but I checked their other branches and found it.

It is not open 24 hours a day

It pains me to post this review, as most of the staff are very kind and helpful. However, those who worked on Sunday morning, September 2nd, are beyond redemption. When you call a pharmacy requesting medication, it's because you need it! It just so happens that because my card has a chip, the delivery didn't go through, and they didn't even bother to call me to let me know. Not only that! When I saw that time was passing and the medication hadn't arrived, I called and asked if it had left yet, and Barbarasa, instead of telling me what happened, simply told me that the delivery person had already left for my house. 😡😡😡 Yesterday, I went to speak with a supervisor and told her so clearly! That's disrespectful to a customer who comes every day! Today, Tuesday the 4th, at 5:30 PM, no one has contacted me, which speaks volumes about the professional ethics of your supervisor and how you operate as a company. You're a bunch of crooks!
