The service is good. It does vary depending on who’s attending you. Overall I can say. It was good.

Unfortunately, I've had a very bad experience at this Farma Extra branch. I'm a patient with atopic dermatitis and have been experiencing flare-ups for a year. When I go to that pharmacy, no one helps me; they leave me waiting and won't even serve me through the window 😭. The last time I went in, no one wanted to help me dispense my medication or even pay for a service I was supposed to pay for. The cashier forced a white man who was dispensing medication to help me, and he grabbed the money by a tiny corner and handed me the bill that same way!!! 😭 I've never been back there again!!! Such a lack of empathy for the patient!!!! 😔

Terrible service. You call to buy medication and they hang up and never answer again. I'll never buy from them again.

Good service and reliable deliveries. The place is spacious and the staff is very friendly.
