Staff is helpful, place is small and no wheelchair accessible. Easy to arrive using public transportation.
This is the worst pharmacy in the Dominican Republic. I don't recommend it to anyone. I'm a customer who comes from abroad. I went to buy medicine from the 11th to the 23rd. They charged me for the medicine and never delivered it. I don't drive every day; I pay for transportation, I take taxis there. I went about five times, and they never had it ready from the 11th to the 23rd. They still haven't delivered it and they refuse to give me my money back. I am a customer who comes from abroad. A small corner but it has everything, good service and clean
Excellent customer service and it's a pharmacy that gives you a 15% discount.
Greetings, first of all, it's a shame that such a popular pharmacy is letting itself be swayed by the fact that all prices are rising and inflating prices by 100% in less than two months just because they feel like it. I imagine the consumer protection agency isn't doing its job with you. I've been buying protein (R1 Whey Blend 2lb) for over a year. A month and a half ago it cost RD$1,350, then two weeks ago it cost RD$1,500. And that's nothing. The problem is that I went back today, April 20, 2022, and the protein costs RD$2,754. If you look up the price on Amazon.com, you'll be shocked at how cheap it is. It's outrageous how they play with consumers' wallets, getting rich off the sick and the needs of people. I can only imagine what they've done with the prices of essential medications. Just so you know, this time I bought the protein of my own free will, but this is the last time I'll ever return to this pharmacy.
